Refund

If a piece isn't right for your home, send it back within 14 days.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Message us on LINE with your order reference and we will arrange the pickup.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us we refund the full product price to the original payment method within 7 business days. Outbound shipping is not refunded.

Exceptions

For hygiene, sanitary belts and pants cannot be returned once the seal is opened. Damaged-on-arrival items are always replaced at our cost.
